I am currently ranked #456 in my class on tennis recruiting. In current Pacific Northwest standings for G16s I am ranked #10 and I am ranked #5 in Washington for the class of 2013 on Tennis Recruiting. My freshman and sophomore year I played number 1 for our varsity tennis team and was selected as the “Most Valuable Player†both years. During my freshman year my team won the Metro Championship and sophomore year we finished second. My sophomore year I finished 3rd at State for doubles and won the Player Sportsmanship Award at the state tournament. I played team tennis at the age of 14 for an 18U-advanced USTA team where we won our section and played in the National tournament in Mobile, Alabama in 2009. I also was on the 2011 G16 Zonal Team for the Pacific Northwest in Waco, Texas. My team received the Spirit Award and I was honored with the Player Sportsmanship Award for the PNW at Zonals. Aside from tennis, I also lettered in Cross Country as a freshman and ran number 4 for our varsity team and qualified for the state championships.
Some of my scholastic awards include: earning the “Presidential Service Award†for achieving over 100 service hours, being awarded “Open to Growth†sophomore year (One of 10 students recognized by the faculty) and making the 2011-2012 national honor society.
