General Track & Field Information

I have been participating in track for six years. I started off running the 400, 100 hurdles, 200 yard dash, and jumping the long jump. I then decided after a few years to change my events to the 4x1 (51.05), 4x2 (1:45.0), Long jump (17'9.5")
and the triple jump (37'6.5"). I have succeeded in these currently. I plan on increasing it in the years approaching.
