Brady Quinn is getting his second chance at starting. Quinn, benched just 10 quarters into the season for Derek Anderson, will start Monday night's game against the Baltimore Ravens. Browns coach Eric Mangini has decided to go back to Quinn after Anderson went 1-4 as a starter and posted the NFL's lowest quarterback rating.
