Tommie Harris returned to practice for the Chicago Bears after coach Lovie Smith benched the three-time Pro Bowl defensive tackle last week. Smith made it clear: Harris had better practice if he wants to play. And that's exactly what he was doing Wednesday as the Bears prepared for the Cleveland Browns.
