Bucs sign 4th-rounder Moore, 7th-rounder Biggers (sportsline.com)

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have reached contract agreements with two more draft picks, signing fourth-round selection Kyle Moore and seventh-rounder E.J. Biggers to four-year deals.
