Jaguars sign veteran S McCree (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

The Jacksonville Jaguars have signed veteran safety Marlon McCree, bringing him back to where he began his career. The Jaguars also waived defensive tackle Nader Abdallah and safety Kevin Patterson on Thursday. McCree likely will be the primary backup to starting safeties Reggie Nelson and Sean Considine this fall.
