Panthers get pair of 1,100-yard rushers (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

Jonathan Stewart has joined DeAngelo Williams to give the Carolina Panthers the first set of teammates since the AFL-NFL merger to rush for more than 1,100 yards each in the same season. Stewart needed 92 yards coming into the season finale against New Orleans and got the bulk of it on a 67-yard touchdown run on the second play from scrimmage.
