Eagles quarterback Michael Vick was forced out of Sunday's game against San Francisco with a bruised thigh. Vick was stopped on a third-and-1 late in the first quarter and left the field on his own power. He took a seat on the bench and was treated by the training staff. Vick left for the locker room at the end of the quarter.
