Vince Young is active for the Tennessee Titans and is set to start against the Miami Dolphins despite his mildly strained right hamstring. The quarterback pulled his hamstring in the second quarter of last week's win over St. Louis. He practiced Friday and had been listed as questionable. He is 6-1 as a starter since returning to the lineup.
