Redskins VP Cerrato resigns (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

The head of the Washington Redskins' front office has resigned. The Redskins say Vinny Cerrato (ceh-RAHT-oh), who has been highly criticized for his player personnel moves, quit his post Thursday morning. Cerrato has been the right-hand man to owner Dan Snyder for nearly all of Snyder's 10 years as owner of the Redskins.
