Oakland Raiders agree to contract with quarterback J.P. Losman (espn.com)

Former Bills quarterback and first-round draft pick J.P. Losman used the United Football League to showcase his talents and try to get back into the NFL. His mission was rewarded Tuesday when he agreed to a contract with the Raiders.
