Falcons missing QB Ryan, RB Turner again (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

Quarterback Matt Ryan and running back Michael Turner are inactive for the Atlanta Falcons against the New Orleans Saints, but defensive tackle Jonathan Babineaux is in uniform. Babineaux was active on Sunday despite his arrest Thursday night on a felony marijuana possession charge. Ryan missed his second straight game with turf toe.
