Falcons' Babineaux says he's not guilty (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

Atlanta Falcons defensive tackle Jonathan Babineaux insists he will be cleared of felony marijuana charges. Babineaux says in a statement he and his family "have faith that you will see I'm not guilty." Babineaux was arrested during a traffic stop Thursday night and charged with possession of 1 1/2 ounces of marijuana.
