Falcons' Turner inactive against Eagles (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

Running back Michael Turner and receiver Michael Jenkins are inactive for the Atlanta Falcons and the Philadelphia Eagles are without receiver DeSean Jackson and running back Brian Westbrook. As expected, Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan is inactive with a turf toe injury after not practicing all week. Chris Redman is making his first start since 2007.
