Saints go with K Hartley against 'Skins (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

New Orleans opted for Garrett Hartley in place of veteran John Carney for Sunday's game at Washington. Carney was on the inactive list, along with linebackers Marvin Mitchell and Scott Fujita and cornerbacks Randall Gay and Jabari Greer. Carney needed a carom off the upright to convert a 30-yarder and missed from 37 yards against New England on Monday night.
