Terrell Owens caught a 51-yard touchdown pass with 2:23 left to propel the Buffalo Bills to a 31-14 win over the Miami Dolphins Sunday and give interim coach Perry Fewell his first victory. Before Owens' score, Rian Lindell kicked a career-best 56-yard field goal with 3:35 left that put the Bills ahead for the first time at 17-14.
