Miami Dolphins nose tackle Jason Ferguson is out for the season with a quadriceps injury. Dolphins coach Tony Sparano on Monday confirmed the decision to place Ferguson on injured reserve and said he wasn't sure if Ferguson would need surgery. The Dolphins (5-5) face the Buffalo Bills (3-7) on Sunday.
