The Detroit Lions have sold out the Thanksgiving game against Green Bay, avoiding a local TV blackout. Lions spokesman Bill Keenist confirmed the sellout Monday, one day after Detroit won its second game of the season on the final play for a 38-37 victory over the Browns. The thriller was not shown on local TV and drew 43,170 fans to Ford Field.
