C.J. Miles scored a season-high 24 points and Carlos Boozer added 20 to help the Utah Jazz overcome the absence of Deron Williams and beat the Memphis Grizzlies 117-94 on Wednesday night. Williams sat out with a sprained right wrist, which he sustained when he hit the ground after a driving layup in the fourth quarter of Monday's loss to New Orleans.
