Coach Mike Dunleavy missed the Los Angeles Clippers' game against the Philadelphia 76ers on Thursday nightafter aggravating a herniated disc in his back while at home getting ready to go to Staples Center. Assistant Tony Brown ran the team in his place. Dunleavy is in his seventh season as Clippers coach and his second in the dual role of general manager.
