Wolves F Gomes out against Grizzlies (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

Minnesota Timberwolves forward Ryan Gomes was inactive for the game Wednesday night against the Clippers because of a sprained left ankle. Gomes sustained the more serious high ankle sprain against Sacramento on Saturday. He did not play against Utah on Monday and is listed as day to day. Gomes is averaging 12 points and 5.3 rebounds.
