Nuggets F Martin out against Bobcats (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

Denver Nuggets forward Kenyon Martin won't play against the Charlotte Bobcats because of a dislocated left pinkie. Coach George Karl said before Tuesday's game that he was uncertain if Martin would miss additional games. He was being treated in the training room before tip-off. Martin was injured Monday against Philadelphia and continued to play with the injury.
