Carmelo Anthony scored 34 points and the Denver Nuggets ran away from the San Antonio Spurs in the fourth quarter in a 106-99 victory Saturday night. Chauncey Billups added 18 points as Denver took the lead to start the fourth after trailing virtually the entire game, then never gave it back to San Antonio.
