Kevin Garnett scored 23 points, Paul Pierce added 21 in the first half and the Boston Celtics completed a perfect four-game trip with a 105-87 victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder on Friday night. Garnett scored nine consecutive points, including three dunks, to put Boston in command in the first 5 minutes of the second half.
