Red Sox sign OF Cameron to 2-year deal (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

Outfielder Mike Cameron has signed a two-year contract with the Boston Red Sox. The three-time Gold Glove winner was introduced at a morning news conference on Wednesday. The deal for the free agent is worth a reported $7 million to $8 million a season. The team also scheduled a 1:30 p.m. news conference with right-hander John Lackey, the top pitcher on the free agent market.
