Randy Johnson's agent says the Big Unit is still weighing his decision about whether to pitch again in 2010 or retire after 22 major league seasons. Alan Nero, speaking from the winter meetings in Indianapolis, expects to know in the coming weeks whether the 46-year-old Johnson will return for another year.
