While most players tend to progress each season in high school, some players set the bar so high that it makes it a little bit difficult. Such is the case for Denton Ryan quarterback Scotty Young. Last season the 6-foot-3, 185-pound gunslinger threw the ball up and down the field for 4,495 yards and 65 touchdowns. Those kinds of stats certainly caught the attention of plenty of schools.
