Epic Point Guard Battle Continues in Houston (rivals.com)

Over the past ten years, there have been some pretty nice guard rivalries that lasted two or more seasons. Remember, the playoffs of the February 2000 season, when Carlos Hurt (Alief Elsik HS) and TJ Ford (Willowridge HS) battled on a Saturday afternoon in the Campbell Center? How about the combined 120 points produced between Daniel Gibson (Jones HS) vs. Tack Minor (Washington HS) in December 2002 double overtime classic? Then, in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, we were treated to Nic Wise (Kingwood HS) vs. DJ Augustine (Hightower HS) in the 2005 playoffs.
