Raiders Stung by Mesquite (rivals.com)

District 11-5A tipped off tonight and Tyler Lee traveled to Mesquite to face the Skeeters(Cory Remekun pictured). Mesquite starts three division I signees and look to challenge for the district title with Desoto. The Skeeters had an unusual test at home against the Raiders, who short one star player had to rely on senior wing, Devin Wheeler, who has been talked about lately among some college programs. Leading at half 22-21, the Raiders look to have fallen apart in the third, being out scored 18-6, but had one last push that came up short
