Gilbert and company reign at Royal (rivals.com)

Lake Travis' Garrett Gilbert is leading the Cavaliers to repeat as Class 4A state champs. Gilbert, the jewel of the Texas Longhorn 2009 recruiting world, made his UT's Royal-Memorial Stadium debut in the Class 4A Region IV final against Killeen. The five-star quarterback completed 19 of 26 passes for 360 yards and four touchdowns in the 71-9 win.
