Earlier this year, St. Thomas Aquinas defensive back Keion Payne wasn't high on the radar for many college teams. But that didn't seem to damper the spirits of the 6-foot, 170 pound Dillard transfer. Instead, he worked harder than ever, and firmly planted his name on the map with a solid performance in early April at the Miami NIKE camp. From that point, the rest as they say is history.
