Over the past few years, Pahokee has produced some of the country's top prospects, including two Mr. Football winners. Well, guess what? The Blue Devils have reloaded again. One of those rising stars is Merrill Noel. His stock has skyrocketed over the past few weeks. He made quite an impression last weekend at the 7-on-7 tournament at USF.
