Charles's heart leads him to Georgia (rivals.com)

Tampa Plant's Orson Charles officially ended his recruitment this afternoon by picking the Georgia Bulldogs over USC and Tennessee. His final decision came down to faith, relationships and how he fit into plans at the hybrid or h-back position at Georgia. FV was there for the 4:30 p.m. press conference.
