There is no doubt that Jacksonville is the state's hotbed of talent this season. One of these standouts is Andrew Jackson DB/WR/Ath Derek Owens. Last season, he had six interceptions and was named to the First Team First Coast All-Area Team and was a 3rd Team All-State selection.
