Lakeland quarterback Jarred "Scooter" Haggins is considered one of the most talented athletes around the state this season. It's easy to see why. As a junior, the 6-foot, 175 pound standout racked up over 1,500 yards of total offense with the Dreadnaughts and finished with 15 touchdowns.
