St. Thomas Aquinas DB Cody Riggs already holds impressive offers from Notre Dame, Ohio State, Rutgers, and Wisconsin. Now it appears some of the in-state schools are ready to throw their hat into the ring. FV got a chance to talk with Riggs about his early attention and some of the teams starting to crank up the heat in the past few weeks.
