A popular slogan posted on football locker rooms across the State is "Refuse to lose!!" The Charlotte Tarpons took that directive to heart and hung on to beat a pretty good Manatee Hurricane football team in a shootout, 38-32 Friday night at Hawkins Stadium in Bradento
