El Toro SS makes a deal with the Devils (rivals.com)

The Lake Forest (Calif.) El Toro Chargers are loaded in 2009 and four players from the roster have already committed to four-year universities. One of the commitments is the El Toro shortstop, who committed to the Pac-10 in January.
