When Oklahoma State recruiters attended a Yankees' scout team game in the fall of 2007 they had little knowledge about Capistrano Valley's Kevin Chambers. By the end of the game though, Chambers had made such an impression that his services were sought out even more than the player the recruiters had originally intended to assess.
