King takes Mater Dei and looks ahead (rivals.com)

The Riverside King Wolves captured the CIF Southern Section Division IAA crown Saturday night, knocking off previously undefeated Mater Dei in the championship game, 71-56. Mater Dei, it should be mentioned, was considered by several publications the No. 1 team in the country.
