Mississippi DE Hardy out for season (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

Mississippi defensive end Greg Hardy is out for the season with a broken left wrist. School spokesman Daniel Snowden says Hardy will have surgery Thursday in Jackson and is expected to miss the rest of the season. The 6-foot-5, 275-pound Millington, Tenn., native hurt his arm earlier this season, then aggravated the injury last weekend against Northern Arizona.
