A Florida State wide receiver accused of driving drunk is the latest Seminole at that position to get in trouble. Police spokesman David McCranie says senior Rod Owens was arrested in Tallahassee on a DUI charge after blowing nearly double the state's legal standard of .08 on a breathalyzer early Sunday.
