Nevada RB Lippincott gets sixth year (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

Nevada running back Luke Lippincott has been granted a sixth year of eligibility due to a knee injury that forced him to miss most of last season. The NCAA granted the medical hardship on Monday because Lippincott also missed the entire 2005 season with a leg injury. Last fall, he tore ligaments in his knee in Nevada's second game, against Texas Tech.
