Satisfying ending unlikely for 'BCS Goes to Washington' (sportsline.com)

Bills have been introduced in Washington to move college football beyond the BCS to a playoff. Dennis Dodd says don't expect any meaningful change from proposals sponsored by men who don't understand the system and whose legislative batting average is well below the Mendoza line.
