Texas backup QB Chiles moves to receiver (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

Texas backup quarterback John Chiles will move to wide receiver when the Longhorns begin spring practice on Friday. Chiles, a junior next season, has spent his career playing behind Colt McCoy, last season's runner-up for the Heisman Trophy. Texas coach Mack Brown says Chiles requested the move. The move leaves Texas thin at quarterback.
