Illinois St. hires Don Shula's grandson (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

Illinois State has hired the grandson of Hall of Famer Don Shula as an offensive assistant. Dan Shula is coming off a two-year graduate assistantship at Miami after spending the 2006 season at Alabama as a graduate assistant coach. Shula's father, David Shula, was head coach of the Cincinnati Bengals from 1992-96.
