Washington adds 4 new assistant coaches (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

New Washington coach Steve Sarkisian hired four new assistant coaches Tuesday, including Fresno State offensive coordinator Doug Nussmeier to be quarterbacks coach. Sarkisian also added Mike Cox as linebackers coach, Jeff Mills as secondary coach, and Joel Thomas as running backs coach. Dennis Slutak was hired as assistant athletic director for football operations.
