Auburn DB Powers to enter NFL draft (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

Defensive back Jerraud Powers has decided to forgo his senior season at Auburn and enter the NFL draft. Auburn athletic officials announced Powers' decision in a statement Tuesday. Powers, a 5-foot-9, 191-pounder from Decatur, said he was thankful for his years at Auburn but felt the decision was best for him and his family.
