Tim Tebow chuckled when asked about comments made by Oklahoma defensive back Dominique Franks, who said the Florida's Heisman Trophy winner would be the fourth-best quarterback in the Big 12. Franks on Sunday provided the bulletin board material for Florida. Tebow was given a chance to respond Monday during media day for the BCS championship game at Dolphins Stadium, and mostly took a pass.
