Rutgers top receiver Britt opts for NFL (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

Rutgers wide receiver Kenny Britt is headed to the NFL. The junior announced Saturday he's going to bypass his senior season with the Scarlet Knights and declare for the NFL draft. Britt led the Big East this season with 87 catches for 1,371 yards. He scored seven touchdowns for Rutgers, which won its last seven games to finish 8-5.
